TestSuite.test_psnr fails on s390x

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.9.9-1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uncomment in the spec file:

2. fedpkg scratch-build --srpm --arches s390x

I’ll track the upstream bug. If I have a chance, I might try to investigate more closely. Any help on that front is welcome.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.
