Description of problem:
When the user registers to CDN/Satellite in anaconda GUI and then tries to unregister, the "Unregister" button is sensitive after the first unregister attempt. When the button is clicked again, the UI becomes unresponsive.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start graphical installation.
2. Proceed to the Connect to Red Hat spoke.
3. Register to CDN/Satellite and stay on the spoke.
4. Click the Unregister button twice while the system is unregisterring.

Actual results:
Anaconda UI becomes unresponsive.

Expected results:
The "Unregister" button becomes insensitive after the first click.
