Description of problem:

When debuginfod downloads files from debuginfod.fedoraproject.org, GDB often prints progress messages indicating file sizes of "-0.00 MB".

Steps to Reproduce:
gdb -iex 'set debuginfod urls debuginfod.fedoraproject.org' -ex 'start' gdb

Actual results:

Downloading -0.00 MB separate debug info for /lib64/libpython3.10.so.1.0
Downloading -0.00 MB separate debug info for /lib64/libcrypt.so.2...

Expected results:

Proper file size displayed instead of -0.00
