.`libssh` rebased to 0.10.4 The `libssh` library, which implements the SSH protocol for secure remote access and file transfer between machines, has been updated to version 0.10.4. New features: * Support for OpenSSL 3.0 has been added. * Support for smart cards has been added. * Two new configuration options `IdentityAgent` and `ModuliFile` have been added. Other notable changes include: * OpenSSL versions older than 1.0.1 are no longer supported * By default, Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA) support has been disabled at build time. * The SCP API has been deprecated. * The `pubkey` and `privatekey` APIs have been deprecated.

Description of problem:
we are working on releasing a new libssh release during the Q2, which will include dozens of new features that landed in master since last release, support for OpenSSL 3.0 and more.

the upstream tests on Fedora and there should be no backward incompatible changes.
