Looks like oscillatord 2.1.0 has been built for F35 and EPEL8, but not for F36 or Rawhide:

So this update is missing from rawhide entirely, and no bodhi update for the F36 build has been created:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=oscillatord

This leads to the situation that F36 and Rawhide have an older version of oscillatord than both F35 and even EPEL 8.

Please remember to build the 2.1.0 update for rawhide and f36, and to submit the F36 build to bodhi, preferably in time before the F36 final freeze (otherwise GA repositories / installer images might ship an outdated version of oscillatord).
