Looks like sweeper 21.12.2 has been built for F35 and EPEL9, and 21.12.3 has been built for Rawhide, but F35 is stuck at 21.12.1:

This leads to the situation where F36 has an older version of sweeper than both F35 and Rawhide and even EPEL.

Please fix this, if you can, and submit the build to bodhi, preferably in time before the F36 final freeze (otherwise GA repositories / installer images might ship an outdated version of sweeper).

Update to 22.04.1 in progress, this will be filtered down to all relevant versions.
