Hi Yati, 
I created 2 snapshots on my cluster [fs+rbd] and I dont find any diffrence on rbd_vol_and_snap_info file

These details we can see in namespaces/all/ directory. The rbd_vol_and_snap_info is for images and snap details for a particular blockpool.
