Description of problem:
Editing an application (both subscription and Argo) leads to a stack trace and error page.

2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-03-29-05-04-50

How reproducible:
Frequent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Argo/Subscription based
2. Once the app is deployed go to the app and click Actions
3. From the dropdown click Edit

Actual results:
Error page is show. It either says e is missing OR t is missing

Expected results:
User should be able to edit the deployed apps
