Thank you very much for getting this quickly. I wanted to know the time period it stays in the epel testing repo before moving to the main epel9. Is there any document where I can read about this fedora epel pipeline?

By default, it takes 14 days to reach stable.

You can read more about EPEL here - https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/

you can also download the package manually and install it before it reaches stable.
