We still don't have required kernel version in CS8, postponing to 4.5.3

kernel-4.18.0-425.1.1 is still not available on CentOS Stream 8, so it missed oVirt 4.5.3 GA build. Closing as upstream for now, it may be fixed in any upcoming oVirt Node releases when relevant kernel version is available.
