Description of problem:
Package python-django fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.0.2-1.fc36

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f37 python-django-4.0.2-1.fc36.src.rpm

Sorry, I have been on PTO. To be honest, I am quite busy otherwise and should probably orphan the package. If anyone is able/willing to give the package the necessary attention, I'm happy to hand it over.

Let's reach out to the Python devel mailing list and find a new maintainer? Too many packages in Fedora (build)require Django but I don't want to maintain it either.

In the meantime, I took a look.

Looks like https://github.com/django/django/pull/15168 might fix this.
