Description of problem:

TLDR; https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2062136

insights-client rpm spec file doesn't own the several insights-client directories created in /var/[lib|log|cache] during the data collection process.

The goal is this BZ is to add these directories as parts of the rpm in the %file  directive. They will be correctly labeled immediately after the package installation.
