Description Paulo Andrade 2022-03-31 18:55:36 UTC
In dmidecode/dmidecode.c we see:

		case 9: /* 7.10 System Slots */
...
			dmi_slot_segment_bus_func(WORD(data + 0x0D), data[0x0F], data[0x10]);
			if (h->length < 0x13) break;
			pr_attr("Data Bus Width", "%u", data[0x11]);
			pr_attr("Peer Devices", "%u", data[0x12]);
			if (h->length - 0x13 >= data[0x12] * 5)
				dmi_slot_peers(data[0x12], data + 0x13);
			break;

while in python3-dmidecode/dmidecode.c the chunk above is
missing. The function dmi_slot_segment_bus_func is available,
but only for type 41.

  It appears the chunk that prints 'Bus Address' information
is missing by mistake, or was based on an older version of
dmidecode that missed that information.

I successfully reproduced the test with the officially built package, everything looks all right.
Thanks for your patience.
