Description of problem:

Boot through PXE on a vDPA device will crash Qemu.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create 8 queues vDPA device via vdpa(8)
2. boot guest with -boot n
3.

Actual results:

Qemu crash

Expected results:

Qemu should work fine.
