Description Jonathan S. 2022-04-01 10:07:09 UTC
This bug is part of the non-responsive maintainer procedure for hno, following https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers/.

Please respond if you are still active in Fedora and want to maintain electrum.

Comment 1 Henrik Nordström 2022-04-12 20:50:18 UTC
I am active.

But undecided on if electrum is worth the effort to maintain within Fedora. Very often blocked by python dependencies, none of which is detected until runtime.

Comment 2 Jonathan S. 2022-04-12 22:22:40 UTC
Glad to hear back from you!

If you're no longer interested in maintaining Electrum, I'm happy to do so.

In any case, I'd *really* like to get Electrum updated before F36 hits final, as otherwise we'll ship a broken Electrum.

Comment 3 Henrik Nordström 2022-04-13 02:08:10 UTC
Have granted you commit access to electrum.

Comment 4 Henrik Nordström 2022-04-13 02:12:32 UTC
Note: The state "broken" is more of a rule than exeption for Electrum unfortunately, and it's also common that different fedora releases need different versions due to dependencies.

Comment 5 Jonathan S. 2022-04-14 12:05:15 UTC
Thank you for granting commit access! Can you also grant push access to me or someone else to have a backup? :)
