Description Brian Smith 2022-04-01 16:42:31 UTC
Description of problem:
I'm unable to get session recording to work in RHEL 9 Beta.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
tlog-12-1.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable tlog through the tlog RHEL System Role, or from Cockpit
2. Login to the system over SSH

Actual results:
Upon logging in over SSH there is no notification that the session is being recorded. There are also no recordings listed in Cockpit

Expected results:
Should receive a notification that the session is being recorded, and be able to view the recording in Cockpit

Additional info:
In Cockpit, when I click "Save" on the SSSD config, there is a spinning icon that doesn't ever seem to go away. However, it does appear to still update the /etc/sssd/conf.d/sssd-session-recording.conf file
