Description of problem:
The recent version of the kvm-unit-tests (commit 1a4529ce83922a) are currently failing the css test with the qemu-kvm from RHEL 8. We need to backport this QEMU commit to fix the problem:

    commit 2df59b73e0864f021f6179f32f7ed364f6d4f38d
    s390x/css: fix PMCW invalid mask

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qemu-kvm-6.2.0-10

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. git clone https://gitlab.com/kvm-unit-tests/kvm-unit-tests.git
2. cd kvm-unit-tests
3. ./configure
4. ./run_tests.sh css

Actual results:
FAIL css (43 tests, 2 unexpected failures)

Expected results:
PASS css (53 tests)

Test result:
[root@kernelqe2 kvm-unit-tests]# ./run_tests.sh css
PASS css (53 tests)
