Description of problem:
https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/c/kubevirt/+/320274 disables the RPM builds in kubevirt midstream as a workaround until we are based on rhel 8.6;
at this point we should revert this change and continue building our RPM.

Bug mistakenly moved to MODIFIED by CPaaS. https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/c/kubevirt/+/320274/ does NOT resolve the problem. (I wish that we had a stricter automation @bkorren )
