Latest upstream release: 1.1.5
Current version/release within OSP: python-dogpile-cache-1.1.2-2.el8

This version will be needed to fix issues with the lib pymemcache [1] and so it will allow us to introduce the TLS support for memcached [2] ([1] is a blockers for [2]).

This should get updated in RDO wallaby first and then it will make it into OSP 17

it should be updated in rdoinfo and then in python-oslo-cache.spec after it is available
