Support can build a hotfix using this commit on a RHEL 8 branch.  Would like customer to test hotfix before working on a new RHDS 11 build.

I have source rpm file prepared with a patch, but I am having problems making a build using the RHEL modules for RHDS-11.3 on RHEL-8.4
