Describe the issue:
 - In RHCS 4 installation guide, the image tag for alertmanager and prometheus seems incorrect and unable to pull the mentioned images.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
 - in the chapter "5.2. Installing a Red Hat Ceph Storage cluster"


Suggestions for improvement:

- in the installation guide, it is mentioned to use the below in all.yml:
