Description of problem:
gnome-initial-setup 42.1 was recently released and brings translation updates. Please, consider updating the gnome-initial-setup version in Fedora 36 to 42.1 before Final to make the out-of-box experience better for users of these languages (since Initial Setup is one of the first things a new user sees).

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 36-final by Fedora user asciiwolf using the blocker tracking app because:

 Please, consider updating the gnome-initial-setup version in Fedora 36 to 42.1 that brings translation updates before Final to make the out-of-box experience better for users of the updated languages.
