Description of problem:
The namespace titles for operator-install-single-namespace test, in console integration tests keep changing, which causes problems for tooling like testgrid.

Check in https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/origin-ci-test/pr-logs/directory/pull-ci-openshift-console-master-e2e-gcp-console, test including "operator in test namespace" passed in build logs. The fix works.
