 `G2Bsync` Could you please provide more detailed steps to recreate? Not sure what steps you are taking when you say `when click policy with unknown status in Governance -> Overview page`. Are you referring to the sidebar that opens on the Overview page?

Update reproduce steps: 

1. Import a cluster and let this cluster is Pending import status
2. Create a policy to all clusters 
3. Check this cluster in Governance-> Overview page.
