Description of problem:

Currently the hsot detail page is enabled in settings by default, it should default to false in 6.11

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to host list and click the host name


Actual results:

You see the new host page

Expected results:

You should see the old page as in 6.10

Verified with sat 6.11 snap 20. 
The new host page details view is disabled by default.
