Becouse you need openapp to start a gnustep application, it may be helpful to
have a symbolic link in /usr/bin which shows to /usr/libexec/gnustep/openapp.

The same will be nice for debugapp.

For future gnustep package it may be helpful to create wrapper scripts for the
application which should be call from the user.

Sorry for keeping this bug open so long :/

Fixed in rawhide as well as testing repos. If nothing stands in the way will
soon be in the proper updates' repos.
