How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Follow steps mentioned in below link to configure and enable we console access
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/9-beta/html/managing_systems_using_the_rhel_9_web_console/getting-started-with-the-rhel-9-web-console_managing-systems-using-the-web-console#installing-the-web-console_getting-started-with-the-rhel-9-web-console

2.Login to web console goto "Overview" --->Configuration ---->System Time

3.Click on Date and Set time as Manual and try to change the date

Actual results:

Once date changes and clicked on "Change" it gives error "Invalid time format". Before date is in Apr 10,2022 format after modifying date to same adte or other date . It changes to 4/10/2022 format

Expected results:

We should able to change the date from web console.
