The current RHEL-8.6 EC2 SAP image definition contains "compat-sap-c++-9" package. Should it be kept there or should it be replaced by "compat-sap-c++-10"?

keep both please 

as per SAP note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2772999
compat-sap-c++-9 (only required for HANA 2.0 SPS05)
compat-sap-c++-10 (only required for HANA 2.0 SPS06)

on rhel-sap-ec2-8.6-1847.x86_64.raw.xz
