Description guilde.nt 2022-04-11 15:16:15 UTC
Description of problem:

During a routine upgrade, systemd-resolved printed this :

  Running scriptlet: systemd-resolved-249.11-1.fc35.x86_64                69/69
'/etc/resolv.conf' -> '../run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf'

but without creating /run/systemd/resolve/stub-resolv.conf -- probably because
the directory /run/systemd/resolve does not exist. Result : loss of file /etc/resolv.conf.
  I don't need systemd-resolved. Perhaps systemd-resolved should interpret the absence of /run/systemd/resolve as a cue to abstain.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

systemd-resolved-249.11-1.fc35.x86_64

How reproducible:

100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf upgrade
2.
3.

Actual results:

Loss of /etc/resolv.conf

Expected results:

Leave /etc/resolv.conf alone
