(User+Root account creation spokes are also missing, but that's expected for Workstation and not a problem).

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 36 is nearing its end of life. Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora Linux 36 on 2023-05-16. So I think what is happening is that using the workstation profile ends up implying Workstation Live image, in which the Live environment provides network configuration tools & Anaconda is not even supposed to touch it. So ideally I think this should be decoupled, which the network configuration options being enabled based on image type & the profile only influencing image independent defaults like storage layouts. This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 42 development cycle. Changing version to 42. |
