Description of problem:

  I'm seeing cases where debug logs are only a minute and a
  half long, but they contain 18 million lines.  17 million of those
  lines are the sequence:

    [Job 1434] Removing document files.
    cupsdMarkDirty(---J-)
    cupsdSetBusyState: newbusy="Active clients and dirty files", 
                       busy="Active clients and dirty files"

  repeated over and over again.

  cups-2.2.6-40

  Too many "Removing document files" lines

Expected results:

  Fewer "Removing document files" lines

Additional info:

  I'm working on reproducing this locally and then I'll test this
  upstream patch to see if it resolves the issue:
