Description of problem:
Developer catalog has a filter by keyboard field and a order dropdown (A-Z, Z-A).

The second one is miss-aligned (in a separate row) and was shown side by side in 4.10 and earlier.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to developer perspective
2. Navigate to Add > Developer Catalog > All Services

Actual results:
Order dropdown is shown below the filter by keyboard input.

Expected results:
Order dropdown should be shown side by side to the filter by keyboard input.
