The most notable changes include: * Optimized memory consumption for `kdump` by enabling only the required network interfaces. * Improved network efficiency for `kdump` in events of connection timeout failures. + The default wait time for a network to establish is 10 minutes maximum. Description of problem:

Currently, kexec-tools parses ifcfg-* or .nmconnection network configuration files to build up dracut cmdline parameter like ip= to set up kdump network which is tedious, error-prone and unnecessary. A better way is to reuse connection profiles in the first kernel to set kdump network.
