Description of problem: When downloading a compressed (.zip) folder for all the logs, the velero pod is missing from the file

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a migration plan
2. execute the migration
3. click on the three dots on the right side of the migraiton, and select logs
4. select a cluster (source or target) 
5. click on Download logs

Actual results: velero pod logs file is missing


Expected results: velero pod logs file should be present in the folder

Verified using MTC 1.7.2 prestage / openshift-migration-operator-metadata-container-v1.7.2-15
