clicking on a template in the Running VMs per Template card leads to 404

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to overview
2.Click on a template in the 
3.this leads to http://localhost:9000/k8s/ns/openshift/virtualmachinetemplates/rhel9-server-small

the link should lead to the vm's page filtered by the template

the templates link in the inventory cars is also broken.
