Description Ella Shulman 2022-04-20 15:54:16 UTC
Description of problem:
in osp 17 using parameter_defaults causes variable files to override each other instead of joining all the vars together we would like to be able to use parameter_defaults in several different files to have our settings separated (for readability and reusability)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
17

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy overcloud with parameter_defaults divided over multiple files
2.
3.

Actual results:
vars are being overriden

Expected results:
all vars are accounted for
