May I know does both DR solutions support External and internal Ceph cluster configurations.

Right now, we support *only* external mode for Metro DR and *only* internal mode for Regional DR. However, this is going to change as we make progress through the tasks in the roadmap. 

This satisfies the current request of the bug filed. As there is no specific feature enhancement or bug that is described, I am going to close the bug now.
