Describe the issue:
SendGrid emails sent to users are sent periodically if the issue is not resolved (cluster is not expanded). It should be identified how often those emails are resend and the process should be documented.

SendGrid will wait for 12hrs before repeating the last notification and if the notification is updated then SendGrid will send mail again with updated info after 5 mins.
