1. UI > Credentials > Azure
2. Fill in basic information page, click Next
3. In Microsoft Azure credentials page, the details get populated with base domain name

Verified on 2.5.0-DOWNSTREAM-2022-05-04-22-48-12 that the base domain name isn't automatically populated
