Description of problem:
The net-snmap spec file is missing a configure option to enable
rfc2788 and rfc2789 support.  These are requirements of the CGL and SCOPE specs.

1.Look for NETWORK-SERVICES-MIB.txt and MTA-MIB.txt somewhere under /usr/share

They aren't installed

Expected results:
They should be installed

Additional info:
Add "mibII/mta_sendmail" to the --with-mib-modules configure option.
