How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Deployment list page and click on Add PDB on the action menu
2. Submit the PDB
3. Again, click Edit PDB on Deployment action menu
4. Switch to yaml view
5. Click Create button


Actual results:
The button text is Create and save action failed


Expected results:
The button should be Save and the request succeeds.
