Description Prasad Joshi 2022-04-28 10:05:56 UTC
Description of problem: Intra-cluster state migration plan is showing “Indirect migration modes cannot be used in intra-cluster migrations.” in UI, which is not allowing to create a intra-cluster state migplan.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.7.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an application with PVC in the source cluster
2. Login to the MTC UI and create a new intra cluster state migration plan and reach the persistentVolumes page.

Actual results: It shows below error message on UI, which is not allowing to create a migplan.
“Indirect migration modes cannot be used in intra-cluster migrations.”

Expected results: Error Message should not be there and it should allow creating the migplan.

Comment 4 Prasad Joshi 2022-04-29 07:41:49 UTC
Verified with MTC 1.7.1 (prestage)

metadata_nvr: openshift-migration-operator-metadata-container-v1.7.1-12

No warning is displayed on PersistentVolumes page and intra-cluster state migplans are working fine.

Moving this to verified status.
