Description of problem:

I was trying to enable rsyslog in overcloud deployment.
I included in overcloud deploy command  /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/logging-environment-rsyslog.yaml along with custom yaml file with the following content:

Overcloud deployment failed with the following error:

same error was received for all overcloud nodes.

Fixed. Overcloud successfully deployed with rsyslog templates
