Describe the issue:
 In RHCS 5 operations guide, include a section for "Pre-created logical volumes" section which is similar to RHCS 4 documentation: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/4/html-single/installation_guide/index#installing-a-red-hat-ceph-storage-cluster_install

 In RHCS 5, There is no documented method to deploy osd on Pre-created logical volumes.

 There should be the method to deploy osd on Pre-created logical volumes.
