Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
The LVM Operator is currently not visible in the "Storage" category in OperatorHub. It can only be found when searching for "LVM" in OperatorHub.
We want to make it visible in OperatorHub to promote it to customers.

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
OCP 4.10.10
odf-lvm-operator.v4.10.0

Backporting https://github.com/red-hat-storage/lvm-operator/pull/171 to 4.10 should help.
