As discussed with Ken H:
We should either add a separate "Deployment Guide" or a deployment section in this "Installation Guide" explaining in pictures and clear(er) words what is currently covered partially here: https://access.redhat.com/articles/1548993

We should provide some pictures about 2-3 typical deployment footprints (minimal, typical and large) and show which Ceph service/container are located on which server instead of confusing people with the text in the Configuration Guide about eg. "Cardinality" but not describing clearly which Ceph services count and which don't.
