Description of problem:
When bulk editing bugs on a bug list if all bugs selected have the same product then the product should be selected, but the changed check box should not be set.

5.0.4-rh69

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a bug list
2. select some bugs with the same product
3. click the edit button

Actual results:
The bulk edit form does not have a product selected so none of the product specific fields are visible.

Expected results:
The bulk edit form has the product selected so product specific fields are visible.

On QA server.

1: Do a quick search for "Content:bug"
2: Select 2 bugs from the same product for editing
3: Click edit button

Bulk edit form loads with the product selected and fields for that product visible.

4: Cancel edit
5: Reload search results page (to reset bulk edit form)
6: Select bugs from multiple products
7: Click edit button

Bulk edit form loads without a product set.

The change for this bug has been deployed to the stage server and will be deployed to production in the near future.
