Package meld fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

3.21.0-9.fc36

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f37 meld-3.21.0-9.fc36.src.rpm

Note upstream comment in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/meld/-/merge_requests/78 :

  Fedora has a history of using the unstable branch. I really wish they wouldn't.
