1. Created a deployment in a project
$ oc new-project demo3
$ oc create deployment  --image quay.io/kuryr/demo demo3

2. Scaled to 100
$ oc scale --replicas=100 deployment demo3

3. Deleted the project
$ oc project default
$ oc delete ns demo3

It tooks 2 minutes
