Description Randy Armknecht 2006-09-27 02:12:59 UTC
Description of problem:
Can't get sound to work on my freshly installed FC5 system. I've tried searching
on google.com and at fedoraforums, but I've finally given up and actually done
what system-config-soundcard told me to: submit a bug report and attach scsound.log.

Note: I've completely guessed at what component this bug belongs to.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
This happens every single time I reboot and try to configure the sound card.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install FC5
2. Try to play sound
3. failure

Actual results:
Sound doesn't work

Expected results:
I should hear the sample sound play
